Mountain Equipment Co-op (MEC), Canada’s largest supplier of outdoor equipment, needed to consolidate advertising efforts to better match their overall marketing objectives. We applied TMM’s expertise and streamlined a disjointed print plan into a cohesive, well-organized model for success. We timed ad insertions so editorial would coincide with the store’s seasonal offerings, introduced new publications to broaden the reach of MEC’s potential customer base and negotiated discounted advertising rates and promotional opportunities.
